Pansies!
Did you know that pansies are an edible flower? They have many uses!
They can be sugared or candied and put on cakes, they can be used as garnish for your favorite salad. Lastly, they can be used to make syrup or flavor honey! We're certain there are probably more uses for them out there, but those are the ones we found most interesting!
The scent of these adorable flowers are most apparent in the wee hours of early morning and at dusk. The yellow and blue pansies are the most fragrant of all of the pansies!
